Thats no joke! Too bad they didnt do the experiment with someone who regularly carries and shoots/trains with their weapon. I think if they had someone who was VERY familiar with carrying THEIR weapon the outcome of their little hack-job "study" would have been a little different. But then it would show the possibility of a well practiced CC Permit holder stopping the perp and maybe even save a couple lives...But we couldnt have that could we...Let not the facts get in the way of the agenda..
