My observation is based on the refinish. Around here, once it is refinished it price drops pretty rapidly. The problem I find is I go to a show, see a few refinished that I could buy and always find something I want more.

Like 38/44's or 38 Super Colts, or 357 Maximum's etc

Someday i will pick up a refinished C96 just for the fun of it.
