Can't speak for Kohler or the guy at Lowes just trying to make a living but I recommend Moen. I remodeled our bathroom 17yrs ago and replaced all the fixtures with Moen. To this day they still look like new and we've never had a problem. I recently remodeled our kitchen and went with Moen again. Back then they were supposed to be the best and I think today it still holds true.
