I think that you are right....my 65 and 13 are formidable looking from the barrel side, and the 58's are downright tough looking with the big charge holes and beefy barrel. In a SD/HD situation, I don't expect anyone to ponder the looks of the gun being used...heck they probably would not have a very big gap between 'Oh shxx he has a gun' to (bright flash/loud bang). I was taught that if you pull it from the holster you had better be ready to use it
right gxxdxxm now. Of course, police cadets are trained to hold people at gunpoint, so I guess that I got bad advice? .....but then again, I am not trying to arrest anyone, just stop whatever bad thing that is happening.
