I also have one of these 6" Model 57's with the contact paper box. Bought it in the mid 80's from David Carroll. It remains in unfired condition. Over the years it has been a hunt trying to figure out what was the story on the box. As mentioned , no one knows much about it. I was able to get confirmation 8 or 10 years ago from another collector that the box was legitimate. I believe it may have even been on this forum. It also has the Coke bottle grips and a red ramp.
