I can't imagine being in the front of an LSI, knowing when that front drops the whole German army is shooting right at you. Or 'chuting behind enemy lines at night, being in a glider, or in the Merchant Marine in the North Atlantic, at the mercy of the Wolf packs. My words cannot express my gratitude.
