See if they make one of those PODS small enough to fit in a pick up, or at least on a large utility trailer. Seal it in there and then pay some college student to drive it over. Mail the key to the expert so he can open it and do his thing-then reverse the procedure to get it back.
As far as the expungements go, I could do them for free and it would still cost the poor guy $550.00 in Court costs-seems like everyone who touches it has to get a taste
