I recently handled an LC9 at my LGS and I knew right away it was not for me. Granted it is small, but it is too narrow for my hands. What good is a gun that is purchased to conceal if you drop it after the first shot or you can't hit the broad side of a barn with. I'm sure they are fine for some but I have big hands. I have an old S&W model 36 that I have tried several type of grips on before settling on a set of compact Pachmayers. I can finally shoot this small frame revolver with accuracy & confidence. My advice for a CCW is to buy the smallest one that feels comfortable to you, everything else is secondary.
