Not sure the battery life of that particular optic. I think I'd try to get an Aimpoint, you can leave those turned on for years. That way you don't have to worry about the battery going dead or having to pause to turn it on.

I'd personally also look at a quad rail system and a vertical foregrip. The VFG allows for some interesting "prop it against and fire" options in a vehicle. This would also allow you to attach a light.

Really helps to have the windows down though. Loud.
