Carry OWB in a Desantius holster with a belt made of leather by a friend of mine. Leather is stiff and 1/4" thick to keep it from rolling out at the top. Double stitched top and bottom.
Weapon has 15 + 1 in pipe, extra 15 mag in center console. Never away from vehicle that long so I do not carry an extra mag.
Almost got an SD 40 but I was at Academy Sports buying ammo and saw the gun department sales clerk drop one while showing it and the frame broke into. Clerk said that was not the first one that had broke when dropped. Decided that was not a gun for me, got the M&P .40 FS instead.
