For grips try E-bay, gun broker or even better yet check our for sale pages. If I remember correctly Handejector had several pair for sale.

Shoot all the 38 Special +p and +p+ ammo you want though your M-19. Just remember to REALLY clean out the charging holes, to avoid a carbon build up in them.
