1960's era box, has the "child warning" so it is post 1962. I believe they may have stayed with this box style up to the early 70's. By that time Peters was just a name, used as an alternate to the Remington label. Both brands were produced in the same plant and by the 60's both had the same U headstamp replacing the earlier distinctive ones used in the 40' and 50's.
