If you buy a second gun from the same dealer within 30 days you don't need to pay a separate fee. If you buy the second gun within 30 days at a different dealer, you have to pay again. Around here it's a mere $5, so no big deal.
If you buy two at once, only one fee, but the dealer has to file a report of a multiple purchase.
