Thank you Kurt, that flyer explains LOTS of the questions above, great info......as for Dayton, as noted, I think Mr Hanen was the owner, and when he later sold it to Vince Shields, it was Outdoor Sports headquarters, and then, the company that now owns Ellett Bros and others, took it over when they had one here in Cleveland ,called Brecksville Sports Headquarters ( bought out by Atlantic Gun & Tackle,) OutdoorSprts is still in Dayton???still operating...we have not bought anything from them in many years as we retired, shut down out shop in 1986, and gve up our license in the mid 1995................................... and the info for 'Phils' as to Johns Sporting Good (Buckeye Sports) in Canton,Ohio, they went bankrupt around 1993 or 1994 as the last we got guns from them ,was in 1993............hope this helps, maybe someone lives closer to them, (Either Johns OR Outdoor Sports) can "add" or fill in more info...............

as for the gun itself, we looked at one this past saturday, and the recent letters from Mr Jinks, on this one referred to the higher quantities and issues of this gun, more than two batches of 100 guns each........as well as even some later ones for some state troopers agency (department), and they were in the #1Kxxxx rangees............would have to go and reread the owners letter........he will be at the OGCA coming up soon...........
