I've been an NRA member since the 60's and a life member since the 70's. I'd gotten away from the shooting sports due to work load and other priorities. About ten years ago, I got back into the game. I had not contributed to the NRA efforts through the years. So, when I was offered an upgrade of my membership to Endowment, for a reduced rate, I signed up. As a bonus, they sent along a jacket. I did get a red ribbon to wear on my name badge at the convention. Bottom line, I believe in their cause, so I mailed off a check.
