I have actually, several pounds of each over the past few years. They are the exact same powder. Same appearance, velocities, accuracy, etc. I used to buy mostly H110, but typically find W296 a little cheaper now. I buy whichever is cheaper and use them interchangeably because
they are the exact same powder.
