I have a Burris 3 - 9x airgun scope on a Ruger 77/22 and I like it a lot. It isn't a big scope but putting it on the Browning it might still look big and kind of out of place. The Leupold 4x rimfire scope is just a little smaller and might be the best scope for the Browning. I assume you are talking 1 inch scope tubes. at one time Browning had a 7/8 inch tube scope that might be ok if you can find one.
