Well Rule3, to be honest, if I was doing a lot of grinding, I would probably go with at least something like Cabela's higher end grinders. But I'm doing the trimmings from only a deer or two each fall and for that the Kitchen aid setup works fine. Probably about 50-60 lbs max.
Over the years I've hand cranked tons of "gooseburger", as dad used to call it. It was never fun.
