If it is a 3" version and really New-In-Box, I would say North or $700 - $750 sounds about right. The 3" version is my personal favorite carry .357 Revolver because of its size, concealability and ability to still be controllable with full house Magnums. The 4" SB does not command the same premium price, and I would say maybe $500 for that one. If it is a 3" NIB and you can put the grabs on it for a good price, go for it! They are getting a bit hard to find in pristine condition these days.

Years ago, I chose the M65 3" over the more "sexy looking" M66 (2 1/2" RB) because of the following:

The 3" bbl length does make a difference over the 2 1/2" in .357 Magnum.

I prefer a fixed sight gun for concealed carry.

The M65 does not have the under-lug which makes it a bit lighter for all day carry, and a bit less bulky too.
