Welcome to the Forum. Your model 65 is probably a 4" square butt gun, and I would guess it would go for around $450 or a little higher to the right collector. There are plenty of shooter-grade (ex-law enforcement) guns of this type presently in the $250-300 range. The model 10 was made in 2, 4, 5 and 6" barrels and values would vary between $350 to $400 or a little higher. We like photos . Hope this is helpful.
