For .38 special, 158 gr LSWC (Penn's Bullets), I have tried 3.6 gr W231 and 3.0 gr of Bullseye. At 25 yds, the Bullseye load gave the tightest groups. These were swaged, match grade bullets. The pistol was a S&W, K-38, Target Masterpiece.
