Exactly how is the seller "grossly misrepresenting" the revolver?

I'm not all that knowledgeable about 22 caliber S&W revolvers, but it does appear to be what he says it is, a Number 1 Third Issue (but I don't know about it being full silver plated or not).

As to the price, he's entitled to ask any price he wants. Potential buyers than have the right to pay that price, make an offer, or pass on the gun. At least the seller is man enough to state his price up front instead of hiding behind a stupid reserve auction.

More photos would certainly help.
