Second, the seller states that the tip-up is a Model No. 1 First Issue Tip-Up Third Type ( a rare gun indeed), but the photos are of a Model 1, 3rd Issue.

Seller also states the revolver has hexagon barrel and fluted cylinder, which does not happen on any Model 1 ever made. These are only the major issues with this listing.

Not only does the seller basically lie about the gun, but then places the statement that there can be no refunds or exchanges for any reason!!
