Simply put it is the use of improper nomenclature.

Personally I think it is just another part of our younger generation always wanting to change what dad said, or did, or used. And honestly have no respect for the English language as well.

Lots of words are either being made up, or simply used wrongly.

For example. They call a rifle a "stick". What a terrible thing to cal a nice rifle.

Or they say caliber when they are referring to a cartridge.

Or they say pistol when they are referring to a revolver.

Just add the name "Tactical" or "Special Ops." and you can increase the price 100%. And they will pay it!!

IMO it is just a complete lack of respect. And another sign of our declining and decaying society. Just my opinion. Tom.
