Thanks for all the great info. My question "how does it shoot" was a little vague, but you have pretty much answered my questions. What I meant was, "how much more recoil is there than a .22 LR." It sounds like the .22 mag lots noisier than a LR, but not much that much harder on the hand.
Thanks again for all the info. Now if I can convince the current owner to sell it for a reasonable price (they currently want $895--a little bit steep if you ask me).
One other thought has just occurred. You can shoot .38 sp out of a .357 gun. Why do you need a second cylinder to shoot .22 LR out of a gun designed to shoot .22 Mag?
