Positively and absolutely sure NO ONE COULD fire the weapon means exactly what it says, and it's wrong.
The fact is, anyone CAN fire the weapon while field stripping it, unless it has a mag disconnect. So letting this go uncorrected would be misleading. Just saying....

So you're saying with the sear disconnect in the down position and a round in the chamber you can pull the trigger and fire the weapon?
