Unless you had a burning desire for that Model 60, I think that you did the right thing.There's just something about a 27 like yours,be it the heavy duty,man size appeal of it,the target features,the barrel length,that makes it a comfortable old friend that should stick around,even if it isn't in prime cosmetic condition.The Pachs can be changed out anytime you wish,if wood is your thing.
