You should shoot some quality 22 ammo (mini Mags would be my choice) to see if the problem is with the gun or the ammunition. Mine runs well. If the Mini Mags run well, then you can assume it is the ammo. Once you know that, then you can shoot up your ammo and just tolerate the malfunctions. I've found you get what you pay for with 22 ammo.
