I guess I never really checked the muzzle finish that good, so after this thread I took a closer look and sad to say I think the guy that finished it used a hammer and chissel after a liquid lunch
. When will a poor crown finish affect the guns performance, what specifics should I look for at the crown? I'd try to determine how bad it might be by range shooting but I'm not the eagle eye I used to be.
