Even the original grips wouldn't be numbered to the gun, as S&W stopped this practice several years before the model 631 was produced. I would place an ad in the "Wanted to Buy" section of the classifieds here, and also check eBay, Gunbroker, etc. You are looking for S&W Factory J Frame Round Butt Combat Grips.
