Here's a chart comparing the data. The chart is about a year and a few prices behind but you get the idea.

Better examples would command higher than average prices, especially with box, papers, tools, and so on.

The three inch price still seems to be appreciating but behind inflation, The four inch is appreciating faster. There were fewer of the four inch.

Now THAT is impressive data. Thank you for the graphic and for the useful information.
