Simple, durable, dependable, consistent. As others have stated, the Dillion customer service is unparalleled. Given the age of my machine, some of the synthetic parts have hardened (primer pick up head), and when I attempted to purchase new ones, they sent them out free. When I have lost screws and such, they send new ones, no charge. They stand behind their product like no other. I currently load four different calibers, getting set up for a fifth.
