It is hard to say. You might get lucky, and it fit right on, or it may require minor fitting. Unfortunately, minor does not mean cheap. A really good gunsmith, that could be trusted with a M12 is probably going to run close to $100 an hour. When I refer to a really good gunsmith in this case, I mean one who will fit the second barrel to the frame, not the frame to the barrel. Please do not ask why I know this is important.
