I have looked at both, and they are very fine guns to be sure. I would choose the M&P22 as I already have the M&P9 and this would be a cheap alternative on the ammo side of things. There seems to be no issues I have ran across while researching the M&P that would cause me to not buy it. What is holding things up is the lack of funds at the moment. Of course, all donations accepted for this awesome in depth review.
