In the late 60's, I had a 1962 Porsche. It had the flip out vent windows as many cars did then. This was pre AC. I was driving along and I heard a thump sound. I looked down and a dazed sparrow was in my lap. It had flown into the vent and that popped it into my car. I pulled over and held the sparrow in my hands to keep it from hurting itself. When it came to I held my hands out the window to release it. It pooped in my hand and flew away.
