I've also found it hard to properly conceal my SD9. Despite my misleading handle, I'm fairly slim. I have a comp-tec mtac (similar to a crossbreed) and I've found that if I want to conceal the gun at 4 o'clock I have to have a pretty big forward cant otherwise the butt of the gun sticks out as soon as I bend forward.

I've found the most stealth is to have it all the way in the small of my back so the grip of the gun is almost touching my spine. Not the most optimum.

When I go to the range or I'm practicing drawing from concealment, I bite the bullet, put the gun at 4 o'clock and practice from there. It's where I would wear it in the winter time anyway.

I've also found that the higher the gun is, the more the grip is hidden as it lays in the natural arch of my back.

Either way I've decided it's not the best gun to try and hide with only a tshirt on, at least for me. It does give me an excuse to buy an M&P 9C! Or a Ruger LCR. Now there is a pocket gun.
