We just bought a used Sigma from the LGS (last Saturday) to replace my wife's Kel-Tec PF9 which she couldn't shoot worth beans and it hurt her wrist. So, I noticed the model number stamped on the slide and it says SW9F. Now I've heard of SW9VE but never 9F.

Can anyone tell me something?

Also, we are not sure if it is the ammo (Sellier & Bellot - 9mm) so we'll be trying out something else as soon as I can purchase some, but it appears that it may be light striking but it could just be the primers on the cartridges. It doesn't always do it but it can also go for several cartridges where there appears to be a pretty good dent in the primer but no bang. So I'm hoping it is an ammo problem and not a firing pin problem.
