So not really a hijack but more of a "part b" of the OP's topic. With the AR15, several people rest on their mags. It's so common that Magpul has released an attachment to the PMAG to stabalize your mag as a monopod. Many do this and have no issues with feed or POI.

My question is around the 15-22. Would it have the same result or are you really going to see issues with feeds and POI? and if it does impact POI, how is it doing that? My son has trouble with the larger mags and the bench so I'm looking to be schooled on this. Thanks.
