I gather you have the 9 mm version? First, buy a decent supply of 115 or 124 gr FMJ ammo for practice. It will recoil similar to the expensive SD ammo.

Next, try several of the options mentioned above. Any JHP round in the above weights should work well. Try to ignore green tips, +++P, and other distractions. Once you find a loading that functions 100%, is accurate for you and the gun and you can afford, buy a good supply, practice regularly and call it good. Hope this is helpful.
