I was born and raised in California and was happy for the most part. My early years were in SoCal and when I graduated H.S. I moved to the Bay Area. Not a bad place in the early '70's. But slowly but surely things just kept moving the wrong way and in 2000 I told my wife were out of here and we moved here to Idaho. The only problem with the move was I didn't make it about 10 years earlier! Tell your brother to get out as soon as he can. It's not going to get any better and believe out or not it can get worse!
