I shoot Berry's 158 r. RN plated bullets in my S&W 627. I have observed that he velocity is ca 10% lower than for the same weight plain lead bullet. I use Trail Boss at the middle to upper end of the chrages listed by Hodgdon and have obtained 1 1/2 to 2 inch groups at 50 ft.
