I don't think you'll find better for the money than a Leopould.
I have a BSA sweet .22 on my 10/22. I've had no issues with it in a couple years of use. However I did check out the Nikon rimfire scope at my LGS last week and I may have to start saving for one. Brighter than the BSA (and well it should be. I picked up the BSA for under $50 with rings on Amazon).
