A Ruger GP100 was my first handgun purchase. Sweet shooter!
Later, I spotted a used? (looked NIB) Security Six that begged to go home with me, and then a Speed Six that looked unused, but was stamped USDA. Guess they needed them to fend off the mad cows!
IMO the GP100 is a bit heavy to carry all day in the field, so the Security Six is my go-to gun to carry all day.
The wife always complained that my guns were too large for her hands, so ended up with an SP101 that she seems happy with.
I have several S&W guns also, but the Rugers seem to get used the most.
