Looks very nice, MP Freak. I suppose I may be asking too much out of an IWB holster considering I have a full size M&P. It's definitely bearable and I'm sure I will get used to it in time, just need to find the "sweet spot" and carry during the winter months the full size and purchase a smaller weapon for spring and summer. I appreciate all the help.

Arik, yeah it is easier to spot someone doing the same as yourself but I just have to get used to the idea that everyone is not paying that much attention to me (even though I am eye candy JK lol)
