I carried a Ruger SR40 full sized in a Simply Rugged pancake with a good thick, wide belt OWB. Loaded it weighs more than 2 pounds. Setting high on my side it concealed well under an untucked shirt. About 3 oclock every afternoon it seemed to really get heavy. It was like wearing a pair of too tight shoes. I could not wait to take it off.

It now is my bedside gun. I'm carrying a much lighter,easier to carry, more compact 2" snubby.
