In checking a number of different mail order ammo retailers, there is not a lot of .223/5.56 available at the moment. And even the local retailers near me are having trouble getting their hands on it. Is that due to panic buying/government hoarding of ammo? I have no idea...

According to one LGS in my area, stock at his ammo distributors are drying up really quickly...
