Remove the slide end cap as demonstrated in the video, and then remove the striker and extractor spring assembly. Depress the striker safety plunger and remove the extractor from its' slot. It will probably fall out if you turn the slide over. Once the extractor is out, the striker safety plunger can be removed from the slide.
