Great measure for small charges of free-flowing powders like bullseye or HP38/W231 but not as good for the larger particle powders.
Rather than trying to precisely drill out an undersized rotor, I've had more success adding fingernail polish to a slightly oversized rotor until precise charge desired is achieved.
