Speaking of the gun buying frenzy. Monday I go into the LGS. The shelves are bare. I'm talking to the owner and he shows me a 10-5 he had just brought into the store. A very nice clean gun. Great lock up and timing. One flaw. The owner had sawed the barrel off just in front of the ejector rod. I aksed the dealer about it and he said he was going to fix it prior to selling. Yesterday I got to thinking about it and called the store to tell him I wanted it. You know the story. Too late. Even guns with sawed off barrels are getting tough to get. Things are bad.
