Don't put a scope in a magnifier mount. Duct tape would give you a better chance of holding zero.

Stick with a 45* mount or quick detach mounts on both optics.

If you need to transition quickly between them, look at the 45* mounting options for the dot.

If you don't need to transition quickly between them, and you don't want to make your rifle more cumbersome, look at the QD mounting options. BTW, cheap QD mounts rarely work like they should.



I'm not a fan of stacking the optics. It puts the one on top too far from the bore IMO. The POI will change more at different distances, and the cheek weld is more like a floating chin weld. That's just my opinion though.
